Focus On Customer Experience
After studying business information in the U.K., Dayle came to the U.S. to work on the customer experience side of digital systems. While working in corporate communications at Aruba Networks, Dayle encountered Lithium as a vendor. He found Lithium’s product exciting, so he reached out to the company’s CMO and joined the Brand and Digital Marketing Team.

Dayle’s day starts at the gym, after which he heads into the office and checks up on Lithium’s online communities and the performance of their various marketing campaigns. He then meets with vendors to work on key marketing initiatives. Dayle’s main focus is maintaining Lithium’s image, ensuring the team’s assets—from photos to copy—are in-line with the brand.
