Growing up, Mark wanted to be in a position to influence people’s lives for the better. Originally from New Jersey, Mark graduated high school and joined the Marine Corps, where he served for eight years. Looking for another fulfilling experience, Mark joined LISI as a sales representative—and grew to become the division's manager.
Mark’s days are filled with the support activities his team of field sales representatives need to sell effectively. Mark teaches compliance procedures, provides carrier-specific product training, and counsels teammates on sales practices. Most importantly, he also helps his staff plan for future success by teaching them how to create proposals and strategize renewals.
