Lauren studied organizational development in college and held positions in customer service management and operations before becoming LISI’s Director of Customer Experience. She believes providing a strong client experience starts with a company’s employees, so she aims to grow LISI’s staff so that their clients can help them grow their businesses.

Lauren’s days start early by following up with LISI’s clients and brokers to ensure they have the tools necessary for meeting their goals. Next, she follows up with LISI’s six locations to check that operations are running smoothly before diving into different strategic projects revolving around broker training, employee development, and customer experience.
