Rachael’s Story
Small World
Rachael attended a small college and studied electrical and computer engineering. After being exposed to the creative potential of her field, she set out to find a career that would allow her to stretch her coding muscles. Luckily, one of Lever’s early decision-makers also attended her alma mater, and that helped her to land the perfect position.

What Rachael Does
Product Engineer
Rachel starts each day by tackling the most extensive and complex project first. Once she’s finished, she performs code reviews for fellow full-stack generalists or pops in and out of meetings to discuss design phases with other Lever teams. Her main goal is empathizing with Lever’s customers to build features they need for hiring.
