Phil studied communications with an emphasis on speech at California State University Stanislaus before discovering his passion and talent for shaping the consumer experience. After a friend mentioned an amazing startup focused on just that, Phil capitalized on the referral and worked his way to Lever—where he’s been ever since.

Phil checks his email before he gets to the office so he can dive right in once he arrives. He typically spends his day on client consultations to troubleshoot individual issues and enable companies to take hiring to the next level. His goal? Connecting with Lever's clients to maximize the software’s ability to improve the hiring process.
