Phil knows what it’s like to walk a mile in customers’ shoes, since he started his career in support at Apple. To go a step further, he also helped Apple with recruiting—which prepared him to both spread the word about recruiting software and teach people exactly how to use Lever. Talk about a perfect match.

Phil transforms customer needs into benefits by teaching new users exactly how to make Lever serve their team. In fact, he trains up some of Lever’s biggest customers. When he isn’t on the phone or visiting user sites, he’s dabbling in areas outside the Customer Success Team to better align sales with the product.
