Maria started in the legal field after studying politics and business management. Luckily, she crossed into legal recruiting and learned the ins and outs of business development. After a stint in software sales, she had acquired the perfect set of skills to segue to Lever—which blended her expertise perfectly.
Maria dedicates almost every hour of her day at Lever to refining recruiting strategies with a network of talent wranglers. When she isn’t explaining how the software can streamline hiring, she’s developing new Sales Team members by coaching them on deal-cycles and product capabilities. Maria also relays customers’ notes internally so Lever can keep innovating.
