After studying political science and film as an undergraduate, Wes went on to graduate school for creative writing. He then worked in an academic research library for eight years before joining LevelUp. It was actually a former college radio colleague who connected him to the position, which he eagerly applied for.
Wes is always happy to work with any merchant or user in order to get any issue they’re experiencing solved quickly. As a member of the Level 2 Team, he handles any tickets escalated up from Level 1 members. He also creates reports of software bugs and works with the Warehouse Team to get shipments out the door.
