Taking the time to step away from their desks is important to the staff at LevelUp. Employees often break for “recess” to grab coffee with each other or take a walk on a nice day. It’s a great way for the team to recharge and get to know each other outside of the office.
LevelUp treats its staff to a yearly summer outing—the company always finds interesting new ways to get the team together to have some fun outside the office. Last year, the whole crew went ziplining, and this year, they ventured out to Boston Harbor Islands to play a real-life version of Hungry, Hungry Hippos and zorb soccer.
