After applying for a different job, a recruiter at Korn Ferry explained how the Talent Academy offers 12 weeks of training to learn recruiting, talent acquisition, and talent management—and one month later, Keshia joined the team.

In her role as Research Associate, Keshia is responsible for identifying top talent, building talent pipelines, sourcing passive and active candidates, and generating candidate interest for open search engagements. She does this by creating search strategies that identify target companies, industries, organizations, and transferable skills that are vital to the search.
