In school, Josh was on the pre-medicine track, hoping to become a nurse. He fell into the IT space accidentally when searching for something to help pay the bills. What Josh found was that he could parlay his love for helping people into creating a technology-based customer focus where none had previously existed.
Josh’s days depend largely on what projects pop up on the spot. He troubleshoots incoming internal and consumer-based issues to improve their experiences. Josh works closely with the HR and Merchandising Departments, as well as with store associates, on ongoing plans to create solutions that help associates succeed in their respective positions.
