Although Erica had worked in retail her entire adolescent life, she decided to study criminal justice in college. She quickly discovered it wasn’t for her, however, and completed her degree in business management instead. After graduation, Erica worked in a number of retail positions, leveraging opportunities to learn and grow into leadership positions—and found that Kohl’s Technology was exactly where she wanted to be.
Erica’s days are divided between creating technical training opportunities and professional leadership learning and development initiatives. She works closely with the Human Resources Development Team to collaborate on each program, scheduling educational sessions, establishing methodologies, and coordinating team-building activities. Erica’s main goal is to help all associates excel in their position and map out their future with Kohl’s.
