Being part of the Karsun Innovation Center, Amanda spends her time helping the GoLean.io Team become better at communicating their ideas to potential customers. Throughout the day, she does other work in support of the larger Operations Team—like planning for Karsun’s corporate intranet and website, as well as collaborating on other projects that impact the Talent and Business Development Teams.

"I'm very excited about GoLean.io because it's moving into the commercial sector, which is a big leap for Karsun. We've spent years in the federal space really honing our GoLean methodology, and we're really excited to be taking that out into new worlds and onto new teams."

"Karsun has a real self-learning culture. I love coming in and being able to interact with my team members, learn something new, and see how they're working through solutions. In the year or so that I've been here, I've learned more than I've learned at any other company."
