While studying at NYU, Tal found herself in a class that brought in guest speakers from media and tech industries. On the last day of lecture, Kargo’s CEO was the featured speaker, and Tal couldn’t resist inquiring about a summer internship. Two weeks later, her plans were locked in—and so was her future.
Tal liaises between the Product and Sales Teams to translate all the behind-the-scenes idea chatter into marketable products that customers love. Her hybrid role requires her to split her time between the technical side of things while also being market-facing. Tal’s main goal involves discovering customer needs and looping those back to the Product Team.
