After earning a degree in computer science games from USC, Anthony had an amazing experience working with his current team right out of college before moving on to a few different jobs in the gaming industry. When the opportunity came up for his current position at Kabam, nothing could stop him from coming back to the team.
Anthony’s days start at 10 AM, when he checks up on the current code bases and the state of the game he’s currently working on. As a generalist programmer, he gets to learn skills he never thought he’d be able to pick up on the job—allowing him endless opportunities to grow and contribute to Kabam’s games.
“The culture here at Kabam is pretty unique because people don’t take themselves too seriously, but at the same time, we get really great work done.”
“Something I’d never experienced before working here was having the company’s head of HR have a one-on-one meeting about what I wanted to get out of my work here—not about what they needed from me, but what they could do for me.”
