Tim entered the exciting world of sales at a young age—during his high school years at the local bike shop. He quickly realized he’d found his calling. While studying marketing in college, Tim picked up a job selling cars with Koons to help pay the bills, and made much more than expected, leading to Koons as a career after graduation.

Each day, Tim comes in and meets with various colleagues at the dealership—the inventory manager, the Service Teams, and his Sales Team—in order to prepare for the day and optimize the inventory. Whether he’s following up with customers or analyzing and pricing vehicles to remain competitive in the market, Tim is focused on creating smooth operations at Koons.
