After earning her degree in health and exercise science from the University of Delaware, Rachel began her career working with various small health companies before joining the Koons Marketing Department. Despite the company’s large size, Rachel was surprised at how accessible everyone was—even the top leadership, to whom she successfully pitched the idea to create a corporate wellness program.
Working alongside the tight-knit seven-member Marketing Team, Rachel helps her colleagues create commercials for use across numerous platforms, interact with customers, and organize amazing company-wide events and parties. Rachel is also in charge of developing the corporate wellness program, with fun challenges like the annual Fit & Healthy contest to help support employees in meeting fitness goals.
