JDI in the World
Learning & Development
JDI team members value learning from everyone—not just the people with the most experience. Interests outside of marketing are encouraged by the company. For example, professional skills are developed through weekly team workshops, and funding is available for courses and conferences that inspire team members.

What JDI Does
JDI 101
JDI is a boutique consultancy that brings emerging technologies to market. With market-defining companies as clients, the JDI team usually comes on board before clients have an internal marketing function in order to help identify and exploit market opportunities. JDI is always evolving, and the organization prides itself on forging ahead, on taking risks, and on developing new techniques.

Bonding Events
The JDI crew values bonding. For example, the team has a yearly summit that ranges from welding workshops to problem-solving “Olympic” games. JDI also enjoys the “Healthy Lunch Club” every other Monday, wherein two team members cook for the entire office. Another team favorite is the epic bowling tournament held at the annual holiday party—bowling MVPs get to proudly display a trophy on their desk all year.
