Theodore studied psychology as an undergraduate and human services in graduate school. Additionally, Theodore was an addiction therapist and worked with co-occurring disorder populations in families and individuals, as well as cognitive behavioral therapies with individuals in hospitals and prisons. He came to IQ Solutions when he was looking for a change in job occupations—but still had the desire to serve similar populations.
When people call IQ Solution’s crisis call center, they’re usually looking for information regarding substance abuse treatment or seeking help in self-harm situations. Part of Theodore’s role is to train employees for the call center and to take public health information that might be cumbersome or technical—and make it readily digestible for the public, clinicians, and policymakers.
“At IQ Solutions, our staff take the StrengthsFinder assessment to identify their inherent talents. We work to maximize the areas where people excel. It proves more satisfying for them and benefits our final products.”
“My advice to someone interviewing at IQ Solutions is to be yourself. Don’t be afraid to bring up ideas that are unconventional when answering questions, because IQ Solutions is a place that likes creative people.”
