After learning about IQ Solutions through a recruiter, Jonathan realized his experiences and passions were a perfect fit with the company.
Jonathan’s responsibilities revolve around managing people and the day-to-day project operations. Specifically, he works closely with designers, developers, and content specialists. “Using technology to solve public health problems, especially for the underserved, is what gets me most excited about my day. Knowing that I’m going to work to do my part in creating digital experiences for places like the NIH, FDA, and CDC feels meaningful.”
“One piece of advice I have to someone coming to interview at IQ Solutions is to highlight your openness to learn and your ability to be a self-starter. We’re not going to micromanage, we’re not going to look over your shoulder—we want people who are motivated and passionate about what they do.”
