Tricia studied marketing psychology with an emphasis on consumer behavior, which prepared her for a role in paid search advertising. Over time, Tricia became more interested in applying her consumer knowledge to support the entire business relationship. This new direction led to an account management position at iProspect—she then found success in overseeing operational needs, and the Project Management Office became a natural fit.
Tricia’s morning huddles are thorough check-ins that last until every team member has a clear agenda. Then, when she isn’t identifying and triaging action points, Tricia is developing new methods to drive efficiency and to maximize productivity. Her role focuses on operational-based work—like developing a task organization system that spans all iProspect service lines.
