When Ludmila arrives at work, she first attends her team's daily stand-up meeting and reviews her top priorities. Most of her day is focused on ongoing project specifications that need to be clarified by clients, as well as answering the Development Team’s questions. She also writes User Stories and regularly develops interactive demo presentations to show clients the projects’ current progress while collecting feedback.

“At Intelliware, we can be ourselves. The culture’s laid-back in terms of showing your true person and style. We can manage and adjust our own schedules, as long as we're delivering solutions and positively impacting our clients.”

“What gets me excited to come into work every day is that I’m not working on the same task over and over again. Each day, there's a new challenge, and often, strategy shifts as we learn more or priorities change. Being exposed to different scenarios, stakeholders, and challenges motivates me and helps me grow.”
