Caleb arrives at work around 9 AM, parks his bicycle downstairs, has a shower, gets changed, and then checks his calendar to see what daily priorities he has on his plate. He joins his project team’s daily stand-up meeting and then just dives right in—developing product roadmaps and coding, all the while coaching his team on how to approach specific project milestones and deadlines in weekly sprints.

“One of the most unique things about Intelliware is that we have designated team rooms for each project. Software developers, quality assurance and business analysts, delivery managers, and customer stakeholders all work together in the same room to facilitate real-time conversation and collaboration to ensure everyone's on the same page.”

“Senior leadership at Intelliware trusts and empowers teams to get the work done. The process comes from the ground up, instead of being mandated. They listen to us and find ample ways to support our successes.”
