Each month, Intelliware hosts a town hall meeting. Employees have the opportunity to start the conversation with a lightning talk. The Leadership Team presents Intelliware objectives, milestones, any big wins and issues that impact the business. Afterwards, everyone socializes over snacks and catches up on life outside the project room.
In Intelliware's 25+ years, the company has created many unique traditions. Team-building is formed in the project room, as well as through monthly after-work socials, board game nights, ultimate frisbee, sporting events, and fundraisers. The monthly after-work activities vary from axe throwing to paint night to the annual ski day—just to name a few.
