Trey always wanted to become a game developer and pursued his passion at Savannah College of Art and Design, studying interactive design and game development. During his sophomore summer, Trey interned with Insomniac and became certain he’d made the right choice. After a stint at EA’s Visceral Studios, Trey has returned to Insomniac to embark on an exciting career.
A typical day for Trey runs from 10 AM to 7 PM, starting with a quick sync-up with his teammates. He prioritizes work for the day, tackling critical bugs first, then proceeds to his set weekly tasks. If the Burbank sun is shining, Trey usually enjoys a picnic lunch, followed by some frisbee with friends.
“The culture here at Insomniac is very employee-centric. The management and the leads are always putting a lot of effort into making everyone feel comfortable—lots of perks and events, and just a lot of fun on a daily basis.”
“Meeting up with all my co-workers at E3 and celebrating our own game at the same time was fantastic.”
