Nina’s always been drawn to animation and effects. She studied computer animation at Full Sail University before taking a job at Turbine in Boston working on MMOs. Deciding to expand her horizons, she tried working in film, but realized she missed the creative challenges and freedom of game development—so she joined Insomniac seven years ago.
Nina starts her day with coffee and a quick check over her email before touching base with each member of her team. After prioritizing urgent items, she meets with other team leads and project managers to coordinate important initiatives. As a technical animator, Nina helps with character rigging or scripting for artists and enjoys being a VR pioneer.
