Rebecca graduated from Appalachian University with a public relations degree and marketing minor. She joined InfoCision immediately after as an account representative, working with the company’s big name political and government clients. Fifteen years later, she has been promoted multiple times—and now oversees the client relationships and people behind the media division.
Rebecca gets into the office by 8:30 AM and reads feedback reports from the company’s regional call centers. She interfaces with the Client Services Team about the previous day’s results and challenges—and the best ways to overcome them. During the afternoon, Rebecca works with the Operations Team to renew her department’s long-term strategic plan.
