Bob earned his marketing degree from Youngstown State University. He started his career with small businesses, bagging groceries at his local supermarket before eventually becoming Assistant Store Manager. That first job taught him how to manage and grow people of different backgrounds, and he’s perfected that experience by bringing quality customer service to InfoCision.
Bob is usually in the office by 7 AM, assessing the proper infrastructure necessary to help his team in making phone calls effectively to top non-profit clients. He also interfaces with the Quality and Training Teams to verify which resources and capabilities they need to start the day on a good note.
“What I love about InfoCision’s culture is that every day is different. Everyone here works towards a common goal and makes sure each customer interaction is better than the last.”
“You’re able to maintain a work-life balance at InfoCision. My wife, who also works here, and I coordinate our day care for our children every day—being able to have that extra time when you need it is amazing.”
