Vaughn took different classes in multimedia studies to echo his childhood passions of drawing and creating. Little did he know, the UX category blended all of this. By the time he’d begun working in engagement marketing and design, Vaughn had acquired all he needed to serve Improving’s clients, so the referral from a friend was spot on in terms of timing and fit.
Vaughn’s days begin with a morning Scrum call to find application issues or areas for improvement. Though he follows best practices, browsers and user needs constantly change, so Vaughn studies new ideas, tools, and challenges that often result in tests, like card sorting. Vaughn also rotates between local projects and off-site endeavors, such as helping a client redesign an internal employee chat application.
