Kristin studied communications at Texas A&M, but she didn’t enter the world of marketing until later. After her first role as a marketing assistant, Kristin knew she’d found the right fit, so she decided to seek a bigger position that would allow her to grow. Improving came with plenty of opportunity, but the culture is what attracted Kristin in the first place.
Kristin wears many marketing hats, which means she governs resource allocation and department budgets while simultaneously introducing new marketing initiatives that support Improving’s goal of building relationships over time. Depending on the season, Kristin’s overseeing sponsorships, organizing expos, or planning the logistics of conferences. Then, she takes on special projects, like building new collateral pieces for an entire rebrand.
