When Nick graduated from college, he started at his first job, but soon found a great opportunity as a sales associate at IgnitionOne. He got in contact with people whom he had kept in touch with from previous internships, and after a series of intense interviews, he realized what a great fit IgnitionOne would be.
Nick has been part of the IgnitionOne fabric for five years, but he stills cold-calls to keep his connections fresh. Nick believes that any seasoned salesperson sees value in reaching out to new clients and finding ways to connect clients to the right solutions. He’s never bored with his work, and he relishes seeing a campaign through.
“We really do have a team mentality here with the whole Sales Team. We try not to compete with each other as much as with our competitors out there in the industry. Everybody stays hungry here, and we’re always looking at ways to get that competitive edge against the other companies in our space.”
