Zac started his career working in marketing and website design. After several years in the field, he decided to go back to school to get his master’s degree in management information systems at Northern Illinois University. It was at a school job fair where he was first introduced to Ideosity—and landed a job.
Zac gets to the office early, typically between 8 and 8:30 AM. Given that he’s in a support role, Zac spends his day making sure that any tasks a client needs completed are taken care of. The most gratifying part of his job is hearing from clients that working with Ideosity to deliver their product management system surpassed their expectations.
“We utilize a variety of different systems that allow us to transform data from point A to point B, but there’s really no one right way to do that—so having the ability to use my creativity on a daily basis is something I really enjoy.”
“My relationship with my manager is certainly a mentorship. He has a wealth of knowledge, and our relationship has been one of the greatest aspects of my employment, because I’ve been able to take myself to a new level due to his efforts and his willingness to educate me.”
