Steph graduated with a degree in history, but she wanted to be hands on with customers and make an impact instead of being a paper pusher. This drive lead her to complete an insurance certificate and start at HUB just weeks after finishing school. The combined support and training she received allowed her to achieve two promotions since coming on board as a sales assistant.

Steph’s role is exciting as she is working with high net-worth clients with diverse needs. Steph enjoys the challenge of finding the right coverage for these VIP clients. In addition to managing her entire book of business, Steph also attends regular networking events to connect with potential clients.
