Although he studied cinema, Mike’s work didn’t end up on the big screen. Instead, he impacts clients around the world through the insurance industry—which is what his work experience was in before joining HUB International. Several members of Mike’s family were also in the field, but he specifically chose HUB for its unwavering emphasis on culture.
Mike’s daily duties mirror those of HUB International’s sales agents, called Producers. Depending on a prospect’s position in the sales funnel, Mike gathers information like client proposals to help support the Producer with lead generation and distribution. Everything Mike does is centered around business—but tackling those tasks with autonomy is what makes his job more personal.
