After more than two decades in different fields—banking and hotel management—Chavez wanted to put her customer service skills to use in a different industry. Though she studied hospitality management in college, breaking into the world of insurance was more of an adventure than sticking to what she knew. Once Chavez found HUB, she applied on a whim and hasn’t looked back since.
As soon as she heads to work, Chavez personally tries to set the mood for the whole team as they enter. Then, she juggles phone calls and in-person visitors, directing both to the proper agent while embodying HUB’s authentic, welcoming attitude. As one of two receptionists handling the front-office load, Chavez enjoys every minute spent making the office run smoothly.
