Grant studied marketing at Riverside California Baptist University and began working customer service at an e-commerce company selling home goods. He later transitioned into a marketing role, making him the perfect triple threat—e-commerce, start-up experience, and marketing. Grant was eager to be part of the Houzz launch, and he’s been happy at Houzz ever since.
Grant’s a helpful guy. He wants to ensure that sellers using Houzz can best utilize the platform to achieve become success, increase their sales, create more happy customers, and rack up great reviews. Grant especially likes to resolve a rocky situation—to assess the options, give solid advice, and watch things completely turn around.
