Karan was drawn to Hometeam by the company’s mission and collaborative nature. At least every other week, Karan and the rest of the Engineering Team make time to meet with caregivers and other Hometeam staff to make sure that the products they’re designing will mitigate challenges that care recipients and families face every day.
Karan’s current project is to design and improve Hometeam’s new iPad app, which allows caregivers to keep each client’s family members informed and updated. The design must be simple and easy to use, with a solid foundation that will allow the Engineering Team to scale up the product as the company expands.
