After a five-year stint in agency recruiting, Natalie decided to take her staffing skills to Homesuite as the company’s first recruiter. She was drawn to the opportunity to build its recruiting structure from the ground up—and loved that the company was willing to help her grow and expand her skills in people operations.
Natalie heads up all things Talent, looking for the best of the best to join the team and ensuring that once people come onboard they continue to remain engaged and developed.
