Deborah signed her lease with HomeSuite as the company’s eleventh employee. As a result, her role and career have evolved with the HomeSuite team—though she does have a background as an executive assistant with some exceptional administrative skills. Now, Deborah’s a bit of an operations generalist and MVP who fills internal roles before they built into official departments.
Deborah wears many hats at HomeSuite. Each morning, she runs a culture check to figure out where the team is in terms of morale and efficiency. Then, she books monthly projects accordingly, crunches numbers for payroll, and stays up to date with HR practices. After all that, Deborah builds up the People Operations Team to sustain company growth.
