After graduating from San Jose State with a degree in business administration, Arthur started his career in property management within the Bay Area. When a friend referred him to HomeSuite because she thought he’d be a good fit, Arthur brought his strong real estate background with him—and as soon as he came in for his first interview, he knew he wanted to join the HomeSuite team.
Arthur is in charge of managing the lease process after the Sales Team closes a sale. His day-to-day responsibilities can involve completing background checks, drafting payment ledgers, communicating with landlords and tenants, and getting necessary signatures from both parties, ensuring that clear instructions are given for tenants' move-in dates.
