It was a friend of Laura’s who told her about HomeAway. Laura looked into opportunities at the company, and began her career on the Customer Service Team before being promoted to Onboarding Project Lead. She finds this current position, bridging the gap between HomeAway clients and customers, an interesting challenge.
Laura spends the majority of her day working with property managers. It’s her job to activate connections between their software and HomeAway’s. Her favorite projects are those where the inventory is large and diverse. Once the connection is set up, Laura makes sure the property manager knows how to use the HomeAway software effectively.
