Camilla found HomeAway when browsing The Muse for new job opportunities that would propel her career forward. She was looking for a position where she could help employees while working in a fun environment. With a love for travel, Camilla was excited when she saw an opening pop up at HomeAway.
Camilla loves meeting new staff members on their first day of work—and then watching their careers develop. She takes them through first day compliance checks and acts as a support system throughout their time at HomeAway. Camilla also spends a great deal of time researching local employment law to write and implement new HR policies.
