As an adrenaline junkie, Drew chased the thrill—first as a snowboarder, then as a world traveling poker dealer, and now as a HomeAdvisor Sales manager. Substituting drive for lack of experience, Drew worked extra hard to master selling and conquered the challenge. Wanting his peers to accomplish great things, he mentors tenacious colleagues to rise through the ranks.

Following up on emails, assessing yesterday’s numbers, and scheduling his day occupies the early part of Drew's morning. Strategically, he creates a daily game plan to outdo previous goals—alternating changes as expectations evolve. Drew chats with team members individually—pushing them to reach professional goals, and he helps service pros prosper by promoting a rewarding sales process for HomeAdvisor teams and clients.
