Christian held plenty of sales positions before bringing his talent to HomeAdvisor. However, his current job is his first management role—he started in prospecting and worked up. Christian strikes a balance between getting things done and maintaining a relaxed work approach. After the huddle, he sets team-wide sales goals for the day and devises plans to make them happen. Though he primarily oversees HomeAdvisor’s sales gurus, he occasionally steps in to make sure customers see benefits and experience satisfaction after closing.
