Daniel majored in Asian-American studies at the University of California in Santa Barbara. After graduation, he spent 11 years working in the corporate HR and Talent Acquisition Department of a nationwide outdoor gear retailer. The company decided to implement HireVue software within the organization, and HireVue was so impressed with Daniel that they recruited him to the team.
Daniel works directly with company clients to assist in every aspect of strategy and implementation and the continued success of HireVue’s product and platform users. He travels to company partners in his assigned area, advising on recruiting and coaching practices and informing on new technologies that help gain transformative talent acquisition results.
