Jeremy studied organizational behavior in college, never dreaming of working for a computer company. A friend already employed at HPE had other ideas, however, and encouraged him to apply for a role perfectly aligned with his interests. Jeremy interviewed with the company and felt such a connection with the leadership that he decided to take the position.
Jeremy’s days begin around 7 AM, making early phone calls and answering emails from his home office. He arrives at HPE’s headquarters by about 9 AM and spends his time meeting with HR business partners to identify and reward hard workers based on their performance levels. His goal is to retain and grow great employees.
