After studying interior design in college, Regina began her career designing model homes. As she gained experience, she gradually moved into residential spaces, then offices, and finally hospitality. By this point, she’d built up a strong network across the architecture community—which helped point her towards HED. Now, she uses all of that experience in a single position.
Regina serves as HED’s eyes and ears in the development community by keeping up with major sectors. She spends lots of time outside the office in meetings or at education program presentations, and also notes legislative changes that could affect building. Then, Regina translates all her insider info into action plans for HED to grow.
