Before preparing digital orders, Nicole checks emails to review campaign reports and requests. To meet Hearst Media Services’ 24-hour turn-around rate, Nicole expeditiously schedules and runs client projects. From email blasts to Facebook ads, she partners with sales representatives, account managers, and CSRs to confirm bookings, shape creative direction, and achieve client satisfaction.
