Joe studied graphic design and web development at Briarcliff College and worked as a freelance web developer for two and a half years before joining Hearst as a junior front-end developer. Ten years and several promotions later, Joe is now a release manager, responsible for site redesigns, builds, and launches.

As Hearst Digital Media's Release Manager, Joe’s days are filled with partnering with local and overseas product managers and developers to launch code updates. Joe serves as the final word on maintaining standards and performance—and he makes sure that all new code is ready to release safely and on time.
