Finding A Fit
Jacquelyn attended Duke University, where she studied for a degree in public policy. After school, she went to work for a large technology corporation, where she learned about the scrum framework approach to career coaching and fell in love with the ideology. Later, looking to move more into the publishing industry, Jacquelyn found a fit at Hearst.

Jacquelyn arrives before most teams in order to prepare for the meetings she leads. As the acting Scrum Master for two different departments, she spends her days working team-building activities into regular tasks, assisting with issue resolution as difficulties arise, and working with executives to explain how teams can be most efficient, effective, and happy.

“I get very excited about team-building activities, like our stand-up question-of-the-day, because it gives us an opportunity to know interesting little things about one another.”
