Adrenaline In His Blood
Jason studied computer science at Western Michigan University. He later worked as a software developer at Latcha+Associates, a Detroit-based marketing and production company, constructing high-traffic enterprise software tools for Audi, Ford, and Subaru. Hearst Autos recruited Jason to its Engineering Team because they were so impressed with his work there.

Jason starts the day with a stand-up meeting to check and resolve any roadblocks. He and his Engineering Team follow an agile DevOps process—including continuous integration and automatic deploys. At Hearst Autos, the engineering process includes languages and technologies like ES6 Javascript, Angular Universal, Node.js, Docker, Express, MongoDB, Redis, Amazon Web Services, and Fastly.
